How to Book:


Reservations can be made online with immediate confirmation via the booking engine to the right of the screen.


Just follow these simple steps:

*** Select your Preferred Option
*** Enter Contact & Payment Details
 

Your Booking will be confirmed immediately and you will receive email confirmation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Manor House Apartments

 

Please read the following terms and conditions of booking carefully before proceeding with your reservation. 
 

 

Deposit:


A deposit of one night is applicable at the time of booking with the balance of the accommodation payable upon arrival.
 

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations or changes to bookings are not permitted. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way. Any changes to booking or cancellations will incur 100% charge of the accommodation.

 

Minimum Lengths of Stay:
 

Minimum lengths of stay apply during special event periods, as determined by Manor House Apartments.
All three bedroom apartment bookings have a minimum stay period of 2 nights.
 

Apartment Requests:
 

We welcome individual requests however specific apartments cannot be guaranteed.

 

Non-Smoking Policy:


All Manor House Apartments are NON SMOKING. This includes apartment balconies/terraces and common areas.
Guests who do not adhere to the non-smoking policy will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150.

 

Identification:


Government issued photo identification is required at check in to verify your identity. This ID will be copied and stored as a record that we have verified who you are and that you have authority to use the credit card provided.
We require such identification as a measure to combat increasing credit card fraud. This policy provides additional security for credit card holders beyond that of a simple signature comparison.

 

Security Bond/Credit Card Authorisation:


A credit card authorisation (pre-authorisation) will be required at the time of check in up to the amount of $500 and will be used to cover incidentals items including, but not limited to:


• Mini Bar Charges
• Telephone and Internet usage
• Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay
• Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning, due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
• Additional servicing charges

 

The pre-authorisation amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 days. The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds and/or spending limit. For more information on this practice we suggest the card holder contact their card issuer.


Cash Bond Policy:

Without the above mentioned credit card pre-authorisation bond, we can accept a cash security bond at the time of check in. This is at our Property Manager or Reception staff’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse check in to guests who cannot provide an applicable bond to cover potential damages or charges.

 

The minimum cash bond required is as follows:
1 Bedroom Apartments - AUD $300
2/3 Bedroom Apartments – AUD$500

 

Cash bonds will not be refunded until a complete inspection of the vacant apartment by our staff has been conducted. The registered guest name must match the name provided on the photo identification and this guests will be liable for damages caused by third parties, including but not limited to visiting friends, regardless of whether the registered guests is present or not at the time the damage occurs.

No Party Policy:


Manor House Apartments enforces a strict NO PARTY POLICY to ensure all of our guests can enjoy their time with us and are not inconvenienced by noise or the actions of others.

Manor House Apartments will not accept a reservation when the intent is to have a ‘party’ or ‘function’ within the hotel room. The hotel will monitor any music or noise and one warning will be given to reduce the disturbance. If this warning is not followed, the guests must vacate the premises and will forfeit any accommodation charges and security bond held.
